The total amount of the bill plus applicable fees will be electronically deducted from their account on the DUE BY DATE of each month. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR AUTO PAY CUSTOMERS: You will be able to update, change, or remove the credit/debit card or ACH bank draft information you subscribed for Automatic Payment on the website. Past Due Payments and Disconnection of Service Policy Water (and/or Sewer) Service that is not paid by the date printed on your Utility Bill is subject to a $20.00 late fee and a Termination Notice will be provided. If the payment and late fee are not paid by the date on the Termination Notice, your service is subject to disconnection. When service is disconnected for nonpayment, service will be reconnected after past due payment has been received. Please note: A $50.00 reconnection fee will be added to the next billing cycle. Payments received after 4:00 PM will not be restored until the following business day.
